At First Flight, we are committed to providing professional and transparent visa and immigration consultancy services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may or may not be issued.

1. Service Fees

All consultancy and service fees paid to First Flight are for professional guidance, documentation review, and application processing support. These fees are generally non-refundable once services have been initiated.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• Duplicate payment made in error.
• Service has not yet been initiated.
• The company is unable to proceed due to internal reasons.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Visa rejection by embassy or immigration authorities.
• Government processing delays.
• Client changes mind after service initiation.
• Submission of incorrect or incomplete documents by client.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days through the original payment method.

5. Third-Party Fees

Embassy fees, biometric charges, translation, courier, and other third-party costs are strictly non-refundable.
